“A good experience overall. Ferriday and Alder packed up for us very efficiently – much easier than doing it ourselves. The team was hard working and very friendly. It was a two-day move and they were thoughtful about what went on which day. They knew how to move a grandfather clock and looked after our pictures well. All our China and glass was very well packed. The only downside was a few scratches to our new wooden staircase when they carried up a wardrobe. They were very good about coming to collect the numerous boxes once we had unpacked.“
